The PIN number associated with your library card number is required to access your account, borrow eBooks and videos, to use some databases and other services from the library website. Generally, the PIN is the last four digits of the phone number we have on record. However, it may be that either the PIN or the phone number has been changed.
For security, library staff may not email or provide the PIN over the telephone. Please visit a library location or the Mobile Library to update your PIN.
