Print book: New Jersey does not provide divorce forms as a "kit" to the public. Divorce in New Jersey: A Self-Help Guide has been compiled and published by Legal Services of New Jersey to help you understand the divorce process. This resource provides information on how to file and includes reproducible forms and letters to copy. You may come into the library to make copies of these forms.
Online version: You can also access this book and forms online with your library card. To do this, please visit our Online Resources page. Scroll down until you see "Divorce in New Jersey: a self-help guide." From home, you will be prompted to type in your library barcode number. Once you do so, you can view, download, and print the forms.
