Yes, the library offers free notary public services of the benefit of community residents. To ensure the availability of a notary, please call ahead to the branch.
You must bring the documents needing notarization, a government issued photo id (e.g., driver's license, military ID) and however many witnesses required for the document(s). Witnesses are required to also have government-issued ID. We are not able to notarize available for deeds, wills, living wills, living trusts, codicils, mortgages, or depositions. In addition,we cannot notarize photocopies of scans of government-issued documents.
